This 8-week Couch to 5K + Body Conditioning program is designed to take you from zero to running your first 5K all whilst building total-body strength, endurance, and confidence along the way.
With a blend of progressive running, smart strength training, and recovery, you’ll develop real fitness the right way under the Altus pillars of Strength, Endurance, Mindset, and Discipline. No rushing, no burnout, just structured progression and lasting results.

This six-week Strength Foundations program is built to sharpen your technique, rebuild full-body strength, and create real gym discipline the right way.
