1. General Overview
Altus Performance provides online and in-person coaching services focused on improving strength, endurance, mindset, and discipline. By purchasing any program or coaching plan, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Our approach is rooted in honesty, structure, and mutual commitment. We’ll give you the tools, guidance, and accountability to achieve real results — but success depends on your consistency and effort.
2. Coaching Options
Online Coaching
Flexible, month-to-month access to your assigned coach and training platform.
You can cancel anytime by providing notice before your next billing cycle.
You may request a refund within 24 hours of initial purchase if you change your mind.
After 24 hours, all payments are non-refundable as coaching materials and access are provided immediately.
Performance Coaching
Designed for serious commitment — a minimum 3-month term applies.
Payment is billed monthly, or you can choose to pay upfront for 3 months and receive a 10% discount.
No refunds are issued for this tier, as spaces are limited and programs are fully personalised.
Early termination requests will not be accepted before completion of the 3-month term.
3. Expectations & Results
We guarantee that you will see measurable results if you commit fully to the process.
Our coaches will provide structure, support, and expertise — your role is to apply yourself with honesty and consistency.
If you:
Skip workouts,
Cut corners on nutrition,
Ignore coaching advice, or
Fail to check in,
then results will naturally reflect that. Altus Performance operates on the principle that discipline drives success — we can guide, but not perform the work for you.
4. Payments
All payments are securely processed through Stripe or Trainerize.
Failed payments will result in temporary suspension of app access until resolved.
Upfront payments (including discounted 3-month blocks) are non-refundable once coaching begins.
5. Health & Safety Disclaimer
By participating in any Altus program, you confirm that you are in good physical health and have consulted your GP or medical professional if needed. You accept full responsibility for your own wellbeing during training, both in person and online.
Altus Performance and its coaches are not liable for injuries, health complications, or losses resulting from failure to follow instructions, unsafe training environments, or undisclosed health conditions.
6. Privacy
All client information is treated confidentially and in accordance with UK GDPR law. Your data will never be shared with third parties outside the Altus ecosystem without consent.
7. Communication
Your primary point of contact will be your assigned coach through the Altus app or by email.
We aim to respond to all client messages within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends or bank holidays.
8. Fairness & Integrity
We operate on mutual respect. You’ll always receive honesty, transparency, and professionalism from us — and we expect the same in return.
This is a partnership built on accountability. Together, we build Strength | Endurance | Mindset | Discipline.
If at any point during your program you feel that your assigned or chosen coach isn’t providing you with the adequate service that we offer, then please get in touch via our contact page and we will aim to resolve this in a timely manner by offering alternative coaches or exclusive assess to our Head Coach (If available).
